This is an awesome 4 week workout program designed with results in mind.
2. Level One workout Plan for Beginners

I put together this workout recently to get an effective full-body workout completed quickly and at home. I take 28 minutes to complete as much of this as my body can handle. 5. Time Bomb Boot Camp Workout
I absolutely love the format of this workout. I also love how versatile it is. You can pick and choose which exercises you want to do for each section to customize it for yourself. We also used resistance bands for the upper body circuit which was great because you could totally do this workout at home because minimal equipment is required. We ended up making it through each circuit twice during class and I was definitely feeling the burn.

Every weekend, the resident personal trainer (and combat veteran) leads a boot camp. When he showed me the program of pain he hit his clients with today, I begged him to let me share it here. It’s getting harder and harder these days to squeeze a workout in our daily routine. We all want to go to the gym everyday to work out and in a perfect world this would be possible but, we don’t live in a perfect world and with everyone’s tight schedules sometimes we just can’t seem to do it all and go to the gym! 12- QUICK HIIT BLAST
Structuring a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is pretty straightforward once you know the basics. Before proceeding, here are a few quick tips:
- You only need to do 2 to 3 HIIT sessions a week to see results.
- Always have a 1 day break between each HIIT session
- Full-body strength HIIT workouts are more effective than cardio HIIT workouts
- Make sure you’ve been exercising for at least a month or two before trying HIIT
- Intensity and load is more important then the duration your of workout
