I recognize many people do not have gym membership and thatâs no problem. This workout can be performed at home with no equipment. I do recommend you use an exercise or yoga mat to protect your back, a towel to wipe up the sweat and a bottle of water to sip on throughout the workout.
Before you get started make sure you do these things.
Warm upÂ
Itâs extremely important to get your body and mind ready to exercise by warming it up before the workout. Make sure you also cool down afterwards to return your body back to its normal temperature.
Great options for warm ups are stretching, self myofascial release (SMR), general warm up or specific warm ups for the body part you are about to work.
Drink water
Be sure to keep your body temperature regulated and feed your muscles by sipping water throughout your workout. Water keeps your body hydrated because of the water lost through sweat.
It will also help you last longer throughout the workout.
Workout Instructions
This workout is serious business. You have 9 moves and a total of 100 reps each move. Thatâs 900 total reps once your done.
Your abs will be on fire đ„ but in a good way. Move from one exercise to the other with minimal rest to keep your heart rate up and also add a cardio component.
At the end of the circuit rest 2 minutes and repeat the full circuit 4 more times.
Youâre welcome. đ
