We’ve got some fat-burning barre workouts that will fire up your muscles like nobody’s business. Barre exercises are inspired by ballet moves, pilates and elements of yoga.

In the videos below you will notice instructors using such equipment as a ballet barre, dumbbells, resistance bands and mini exercise balls. Not to worry, most of the equipment can be replaced with items you can find at home. Use a chair or a tabletop instead of a ballet barre, water bottles instead of dumbbells, a pillow instead of an exercise ball and old tights instead of a resistance band.
